Fuquay-Varina - Grace Clifton Senter, 86, died Wednesday, February 17, 2010. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 19 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fuquay-Varina Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Chalybeate Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Senter lived a wonderful, active life and was an avid golfer, reader and bridge player.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter B. Clifton and Ernestine Clifton Weathers; brother, W. B. Clifton and husband, David Grayson Senter.

She is survived by her son, David Henry Senter of Fuquay-Varina; half sister, Jackie W. Day of Fuquay-Varina; her favorite pet, "Benji"; 2 nieces, 1 great niece and 1 great nephew also survive.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 18 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Thomas Funeral Home.
