Arrests

An arrest was made in a Feb. 5 incident reported off Broad St. allegedly involving possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana.

Timothy Michael Duggan, 36, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 5 on an assault on a female charge.

An arrest was made in a Feb. 6 incident reported off Lowman Circle allegedly involving possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

An arrest was made in a Feb. 7 incident reported at the Tilley St. and Pine St. intersection allegedly involving drug violations.

Donald Earl Bowers, 51, of Kenansville was arrested Feb. 8 on injury to real property and simple assault charges.

Rufus Junior Hatley, 76, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Feb. 9 on a failure to appear charge.

An arrest was made in a Feb. 9 incident reported off N. Main St. allegedly involving possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Theft

Larceny of money was reported Feb. 6 off Quail Hill St. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny were reported Feb. 7 off Essexwood. A wallet was stolen from an unlocked car. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny were reported Feb. 7 off Broad St. when an unlocked vehicle was entered and items were stolen including a stroller, tote and medication. The case is inactive.

Larceny was reported Feb. 7 at Walmart off Broad St. Tablets were stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Breaking and entering, larceny and property damage were reported Feb. 8 at Los Carolinas Supermarket off Wake Chapel Rd. A window was broken and items including currency and a computer were stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of a DVD player from a motor vehicle was reported Feb. 8 off Philwood Ct. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny of a class ring and chargers from an unsecured vehicle was reported Feb. 8 off Henwood Ct. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Trespassing and larceny by taking beer without paying for it were reported Feb. 9 at Walmart off E. Broad St. The case is inactive.

Burglary by non-forced entry and larceny were reported Feb. 9 off Bloomsberry Ridge Dr. An electric range was stolen. The case is under further investigation.

Worthless checks and obtaining money or property by false pretense were reported Feb. 10 off N. Judd Pkwy. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of cash was reported Feb. 10 off E. Broad St. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny of a knife set from a vehicle was reported Feb. 10 off S. Main St. The case is under further investigation.

Sexual battery was reported Feb. 8 off Broad St. The case is inactive.

Property damage to a vehicle was reported Feb. 9 off N. Main St. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.
