Fuquay-Varina – Emelia Faye Whitaker was born June 24, 2010 to Dwayne Dacote and Michelle Lynn Whitaker. She went to be with the Lord on July 1, 2010. A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, July 5, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fuquay-Varina Baptist Church, 301 N Woodrow Street Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina.

In addition to her parents, Dacote and Michelle, she is survived by her brother, Ryan Nelson; grandparents, Daniel and Becky Whitaker, Randy and Kathleen Munisteri, Christopher and Joanne Bouchard; uncle, Russell Munisteri; aunt, Marie Bukowski; and great grandmother, Bettie Freeman. Preceded in death by her great grandparents; David Freeman, Michael and Faye Carbonare and Russell and Lenore Munisteri.
