Mr. and Mrs. Michael Ray of Cypress, Texas announce the engagement of their daughter, Traci Danene to CPT Adam McCombs, son of Keith and Julia McCombs of Fuquay-Varina. Ms. Ray is a 2005 graduate of Cypress Fair High School and 2009 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is employed with Hawaii Nautical in Honolulu, Hawaii. CPT McCombs is a 2000 graduate of Fuquay-Varina High School and 2004 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. He is Commander of A Troop, 3rd Squadron, 4th US Cavalry Regiment at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. A December wedding is planned at Waimea Valley, Haleiwa, Hawaii on Oahu’s North Shore.
